·       Baroque pearls are natural organic gemstones. Minor variations in shape, colour, and surface texture are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.

·       We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing errors occur.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We never store your card details.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, though we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Our returns and refunds process is governed by our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at merabaroquepearl.com. Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.

Our warranty terms are set out in our separate Warranty Policy, available at merabaroquepearl.com. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 years from the date of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mera Baroque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
